Retail Planning in Mixed Use Development

Mattamy Homes Limited “Mattamy" is developing a mid rise mixed use project in the Town of Milton. The proposed concept contemplates a commercial component on the ground floor, and potentially second level, of the development. Tate Economic Research Inc. “TER” has been retained to provide a retail strategy for the commercial component.
