Jamie Tate has over 25 years of experience in the planning, real estate and development industry. Prior to founding Tate Economic Research Inc. in 2003, Jamie served as Vice President, Real Estate Advisory Services with a major international consulting firm.

Sameer Patel is a retail thought leader with over 20 years of experience in the planning, real estate, and development industry as a consultant. Sameer joined Tate Economic Research in 2005 and is the Vice President.

Abdesslam Rhoul is a Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in market analysis, real estate strategy, and urban development. Abdesslam specializes in retail and office feasibility studies and joined Tate Research in 2024.

Kristian Sqapi is an Associate Consultant at Tate Economic Research Inc. In collaboration with the President and Vice President, Kristian provides consultation services and strategic advisory to public and private sector clientele in the commercial real estate industry.

FangYu Hsu is an Associate Consultant at Tate Economic Research Inc. In collaboration with the President and Vice President, FangYu provides consultation services and strategic advisory to public and private sector clientele in the commercial real estate industry.
