Municipalities face decisions regarding the amount of land they should designate for commercial uses or what is the impact of a development application on their commercial land use structure. TER routinely conducts Commercial Land Needs Analysis and Expropriation Impact Analyses for municipalities encompassing office, retail and employment sectors. In addition we also provides Peer Review services for municipalities.
