Commercial and Employment Land Needs Study

The former air training facility, known as Base31, is being redeveloped as a masterplanned community in Picton.  Tate Research was retained to address needs for commercial and employment land in the redevelopment area and the community as a whole.  The Tate report provided guidance in the strategic planning of the site and was submitted to Prince Edward County to meet requirements for development approvals.
