Commercial Demand and Capacity Study

Rocky View County is updating the Area Structure Plans (ASPs) for Bearspaw and Greater Bragg Creek. Tate Research was retained to prepare a Commercial / Retail Demand and Capacity Study as a component of the Bearspaw and Bragg Creek Area Structure Plan reviews. Tate Research conducted a review of macro-economic and retail trends, inventory of commercial space, cellphone data analysis, and market opportunity assessment. The studies provide effective strategies to assist in the development of the Bearspaw and Bragg Creek communities and guide future commercial development.
