Tate Research analysed the impact of LRT construction on an individual retailer on Rideau Street in Ottawa's downtown. The analysis conducted by Tate recognized the impacts of construction and the Covid pandemic, as well as market changes such as population growth, new competition and e-commerce. Tate was required to provide expert opinion evidence regarding these impacts.
