Expropriation Impact Analysis

The City of Toronto expropriated land from a development site near Yonge and Sheppard.  The developer had proposed a large scale mixed-use project. Tate Research was tasked with forecasting the revenue that would have been generated by this project, in terms of parking, retail and other commercial space, if the project had proceeded.  Tate presented the report to the OLT.
