Office Conversion Impact Assessment

The City of Toronto has official plan policies that require the inclusion of office space in certain redevelopment projects.  Tribute Communities is developing a mixed-use tower in mid-town Toronto in which the City required an extensive office component.  Tate Research prepared an analysis supporting the proposed reduction in the amount of office space, allowing for a corresponding increase in the residential component.  The report has been submitted to the City as part of the development application.
