Retail Market Demand and Impact

Tate Research was retained by Plaza REIT to examine the market demand and potential impact of retail commercial uses on lands located on the south side of Taunton Road East, east of Wilson Road North, in the City of Oshawa.  The Tate report was peer reviewed, accepted by the City and tenants, including a Farm Boy supermarket and Chick-fil-A are now open on the site.
