Retail Market Opportunity Analysis

When built out, the West Don Lands and adjacent lands will accommodate in excess of 10,000 residents. Tate Research was tasked with identifying opportunities and challenges in attracting retailers to a mixed-use district which had yet to achieve full build out. As part of this assignment, Tate Research identified the optimal quantum and locations for retail commercial space. We also identified changing requirements in terms of lease structures to accommodate retailers in a challenging retail environment.
