Villiers Island Commercial Activation Study

The City of Toronto, in partnership with Waterfront Toronto and CreateTO, were interested in investigating how the ground floor of specific future mixed-use developments at Villiers Island can be tenanted to achieve a high level of vitality and vibrancy. Tate Research was retained to provide context and recommendations on the quantum, location and type of commercial activations in Villiers Island.
